Tyler is very knowledgeable on the subject of leasing, I learned a lot about the broker/client/attorney relationship and how brokers can be asked to do more than I’ve seen in many cases with regard to reviewing legal documents even though they cannot give legal advice. If you are a broker yourself or looking for space, I highly recommend this book.

Easy to understand for beginner

Author presented a very clear and easy to understand technique for leasing your first commercial property. I definitely feel more knowledgeable and confident about navigating this process.

Nothing you couldn’t find on the Internet

This is a very concise and accessible read that presents basic biblical information in a clear and straightforward manner. The content itself is not incorrect, and for someone with little to no prior exposure to the subject matter, it may serve as a reasonable introduction.

However, I came into this book with an existing foundation and was hoping to gain deeper insight, unique perspectives, or lesser-known concepts that could help me better leverage what I already understood. Unfortunately, the book did not move beyond foundational pillars or explore strategic applications in a meaningful way.

Given the investment of a monthly Audible credit, I found the overall value to be limited. While the material may benefit beginners, it fell short of adding substantial value for listeners who already possess a working knowledge and are seeking advanced insight or practical frameworks for deeper application.
