The Gingerbread Jubilee should be a season of sugar, laughter, and small-town cheer. But when the town’s guest judge is found dead, florist Iris Bennett can’t ignore the chill that lingers beneath the twinkle lights. A single sugar orchid lies among the wreckage, and behind every frosted smile drifts a rumor too polished to be true.

With help from her witty assistant Sadie, her one-eyed cat Winston, and a detective who wishes she’d stick to flower arranging, Iris follows a trail that winds from cedar-scented streets to a hidden greenhouse filled with poisonous blooms. Each clue reveals another secret, and every secret brings the danger closer to home.

To stop a killer hiding in plain sight, Iris must untangle envy, pride, and deception before the next festive display becomes her own memorial bouquet.
