This is a story about how unusual friendships can build a lasting bond. I adore how instantly they connected with each other. It is even more adorable how their owner realized the special bond they shared, as well as how Otis was special to his animals on the farm. This is indeed a perfect book to teach children about the value of hard work and friendship.
