Twist on the end

As always, Ms Brown does not disappoint. She keeps you on the edge of your seat with another page turner. Highly recommend

Too bad....

The story was decent, but I just couldn't get past the narration. It was very distracting and somewhat irritating. Unfortunately, it took a great deal of the enjoyment out of the listen.

Excellent story, Narrator not so much!

Excellent story but it was really hard to get used to the narrator. His speech sounded lazy, almost slurred. You’ll get used to it though!

Kept me interested

Pretty typical Sandra Brown book. Kept me interested for the most part. At times it was a bit slow and the back and forth between Drex and Jasper Ford could have had a bit more dramatics to elevate the drama of the story.

Really good

I really enjoyed this book. Sandra Brown is a relatively new author for me. I’m in love with her talent. So worth the credit. This one has a sweet romance that includes 2 sexual scenes but very PG. what an incredible twist and turns in this book. So worth a credit. The author Victor Slezak was ok. I’ve read other SB books he narrates that we’re so much better with the actual voices of each character. This one I don’t think he was half as good but still the story won out. I think Victor Slezak is a great narrator I just don’t know why he wasn’t in this book. Still awesome book!!!!!
