4.5 Stars ⭐️ Over the Moon is book 3 in the Rosewood River series. Clark Chadwick goes home after winning the Stanley Cup with his hockey team with an injury. Eloise is the new physical therapist and the coach’s daughter. She is assigned to help Clark rehab in Rosewood River. She immediately puts up boundaries with Clark because of a non-fraternization policy. Despite all of Eloise and (slightly less) Clark’s attempts to stay friends, but they couldn’t deny the chemistry and romantic feelings that they have for one another. Clark fell first and hard for Eloise, but he also didn’t have much to lose than Eloise. Their first date was everything! That’s when I fell for Clark. I loved Clark’s brothers, and their text group, but they didn’t outdo the girl group that Lulu, Emmy, and all of the ladies as they pulled Eloise into their circle. The family dinner scene had me laughing! The at the workplace drama was a bit cliche, but it is cliche for a reason, especially the history of women who work in the sports world is legit. We also get to see Beefcake some more, which is always a delight! The audiobook was well narrated by Teddy Hamilton and Charlotte North. They are rockstars! I loved listening to Over the Moon, because the narrators brought the characters alive, helping me fall for them and their story. I’d recommend the audiobook when it is released.

I’m over the moon for Eloise and Clark

Eloise and Clark have stolen the show, my heart, and are some of my new all time favorite characters of Laura’s. The swoon, the feels, the laugh out loud top tier banter…this book was absolute perfection and I loved it so much.

What’s a word that’s steps above love? Because that’s what I feel for this book. The writing is phenomenal. The story is captivating, beautiful, and was honestly such a joy to read. I am still kicking my feet giddy over Clark and Eloise.

The texts. This family. The past characters that made an appearance. The tension. The spice. The banter. The notes. The nicknames. This is a MUST read book!

The Chadwicks keep getting hotter!

Just when you don’t think you can swoon any more of the Chadwicks…in walks Clark! From the beginning, Wheeze and Hotshot are the cutest and hottest workplace relationships by far.

Eloise is a physical therapist sent to Rosewood to help Clark recover after a hockey injury. She is all business because she is a woman working in a man’s world and his coach is her dad. He knows there is something about her. There story being new characters to life and shows how much these two truly care about each other. Every book that Laura Pavlov writes is better than the last and this is now my favorite Chadwick!

Beautiful, swoony, forbidden romance!

I am completely Over the Moon with this swoony, forbidden romance that captured my heart. This addicting love story has all the feels that I love, making me laugh, sigh, smile and swoon all at the same time. Clark Chadwick is a star hockey player who is recovering from an injury. Eloise Gable is the team’s new physical therapist assigned to help him heal, and train, in Rosewood River. She wants to prove that she is a good therapist, and didn't get this job because she is the coaches' daughter. Eloise is charmed by the town, it's residents, and the whole Chadwick family. Clarke has never wanted a relationship before, because his love has always been hockey. They try to keep their training strictly professional, but the more time they spend together, the harder it is to deny their fiery connection. They both fall hard for each other, but team policy forces them to keep their love secret. When they return to the team facilities, it becomes harder and harder to keep their secret. Soon office politics threaten both their positions. Will they have the courage to fight for their fragile new love? Clark & Eloise are so perfect for each other, their chemistry is off the charts, and leaves you breathless! Their journey is fun, complicated, heartbreaking, secretive, emotional, and sizzling hot, and I loved cheering for their HEA! I also loved all their family and friends who added so much humor, and heart to this story, including little Beefcake who is the wisest of them all.
Teddy Hamilton and Charlotte North were spectacular at bringing this story and these characters to life. Their easy delivery and inflections make me feel like I am right there with them, and all their friends, getting totally lost in the realism of their storytelling. They really brought out the fun and flirty allure between both Clark & Eloise, and allowed us to experience their strengths and vulnerabilities, and their chemistry was explosive! Hamilton and North made this fun, heartfelt, and sizzling story even better. I loved everything about this addictive, and beautiful romance!

Back with the Chadwicks!

This family (like all of Laura’s families) just make me swoon!

This forbidden work romance was just what I needed and ate it up!

Eloise and Clark are both such great characters. We get to see so much of them together but also as individuals with side characters.

I love that while their story is a classic trope we got all of the original swoon, giggles and happiness that comes with a LP book.

I don’t know if there has been a secondary character I’ve disliked more than Randall either. She did such a great job making me dislike him!

The build up for the next book (Bridger) was so good too. I absolutely cannot wait to continue this series!
