It's all about sex. Hollies did a halfway job switching between Harley Quinn -esque accent and and her own accent. All around, it felt forced.

Ehhh...

The story was ok, but not as good as what I'm used to from Ruby Dixon. Also the narration was just nice good this time. Normally Hollie Jackson is a great narrator, but this time her accent did NOT work. The accent seems to come and go at random; when the accent is there it's like being read a story by Harley Quinn from the comic movie/TV show. I got through the book but it won't be a repeat listen for me and I normally rotate through Ruby's audiobooks regularly.

99% no holds barred sex, 1% story

She goes from waitressing and knowing nothing about MC Clubs to doing the nasty with Dom and Gem the day sheet meets them. She’s just a sex toy and she’s totally fine with that. Without the fated mates premise of her other series, the lightning quick sex, sex, and more sex is the opposite of sexy.

Ms. Jackson’s airheaded, patchy voicing didn’t help. How was I supposed to respect any of them?
