Great Series

I'm addicted to this series. Narraration is well done. Can't wait for the next book.

Great Sequel!

This made me whoop, cry, and sigh with joy! Such a great sequel to Umbra! The characters face their fears and grow in such a pleasing way! I love the side characters too, especially the AI ships! There were great twists and lots of action to keep you on your toes. I would highly recommend this series for any sci-fi lover who likes a bit of romance :)

Epic Story

Love this series- it’s classic scifi with some mythology thrown in, and tech that almost mimics magic. The narration is great- it sounds like 3 narrators, not 2!! Very impressed with the female narrator! I was easily able to follow whose POV was whose, which is always helpful. Cant wait for book 3!!!

Great sequel!

Parallax is a good sequel! I was happy to spend time with the gang again, and I really liked Freya’s story this time (she was my least favorite in Umbra). There was some good action, a great conclusion, and some really well done emotional moments. For me, it took a while to get all the characters together and I thought Skyla’s story in particular —especially regarding rescues—took a while to get going.
All in all, this was a great read, an excellent audio, and good sequel. Can’t wait for more from Amber!
