I used to work with kids with ADHD, which affects people's behaviour. People with ADHD can seem restless, may have trouble concentrating and may act on impulse. This book is a tool that is accessible to parents, and I can always use it as a reference; that way, I don't have to look it up online. I can also share this audiobook with my friends who may be having issues with their kids with ADHD. By sharing knowledge with my friends, we can create more vital support to build our children's future in a brighter, clever way. I also learned in life that we must feed our kids with healthy food so they can concentrate in school and get better grades.
