Oh my god, where do I even start with this one. So my 15-year-old son has ADHD and I swear some days I want to just hide in my car and cry. The author actually sounds like she's lived through this nightmare too, which was refreshing because so many parenting books are written by people who clearly have those perfect kids you see on Instagram. She talks about her own family struggles and doesn't pretend like there's some magic fix that'll turn everything around overnight.

Parenting Teens with ADHD is a genuinely helpful guide for anyone raising a teenager with ADHD. The exercises are clear and easy to follow. I like that it focuses on things that really matter. Things like staying organised and building better habits. There is also solid advice on working with schools which is such an important factor. The extra PDF that comes with the audiobook is a handy bonus as well.
