So, full confession, I don’t have kids but I bought this book to better understand my nephew & the activities my family is currently going through with the many trials of raising another human being.

There is so much literature out there on sleep training. What do you pick? Of course, something that is easy to listen to and can be done in a day to start practicing, especially if you get great! I expressed baby wise but this audible summarizes. Haven't started training yet but I know it will work

It has everything you need

A relaxing comfort of a listen. Inspirational and aspirational. I don’t feel perfectly aligned to everything in this method but I felt this audible was a comprehensive and compelling exploration of how to apply.
