Great novel with several interesting twists ... enjoy for romance, travel & elements of humour & intrigue. The central figure reflects sentiments of many strong independent people. So nice!

And it is a thought-provoking book, as it explores issues that have a universal importance beyond the context of this story, such as the very personal meaning and cost of punishment and forgiveness. What a beautiful love story. The characters are so real and raw that the reader has no problem relating to them. Nataisha T Hill's writing is so realistic that you are immediately drawn into the emotional and tragic world . A highly-recommended read.
