I dislike the fact that the happy pig is a label they use for a part. There could've been any other label used that would come off as less offensive. Otherwise I love the book and I apply it everyday to my life.

I’ve read several books on IFS, and wondered if I would learn anything new from this title—and I was delighted to come away with many new insights and tools to use in my self-practice. This is a very thoughtful and helpful guide to the practical application of IFS.

I’ve been in therapy for nine months struggling to make progress. This book help me identify problem parts, why they were there, and how to help them heal, and step aside. The paper version has illustrations.

A different take that I found helpful.
