Until I listened to this book I didn't know that much about Airbnb or what a versatile passive income source it could be. The book explains a lot about what Airbnb is and how you can make money on it. It explains how to get started and what you need to know to make money and how Airbnb can make you more and may be better for you then renting properties. It helps you set up initial price and how to get reviews. It also tells you when you should increase your rate and how to automate your Airbnb income. I would have appreciated a more in-depth instruction/suggestion of what makes a great listing outside the obvious. Maybe more “insider” tips. The book was easy to listen to and was a great source to learn about Airbnb.

Mostly about how to run your airbnb

Really could use more information about regulations, insurance and what kind of home can an airbnb. I do not wish to purchase a property and not be able to put it on airbnb.

I didn't know any of this at first. Until the point that I read this audio I didn't realize that much about Airbnb or that an individual could profit. The book clarifies a ton about what Airbnb is and how you can profit on it. It discloses how to begin and what you have to know to profit and how Airbnb can make you more and might be better for you at that point leasing properties. It causes you to set up introductory cost and how to get audits. It likewise reveals to you when you should expand your rate and how to robotize your Airbnb pay.
