Four or five years have passed since book 11 and the writing of this book. I love this narrator as she has done 10, 11 and 12 which l purchased on members sale. It’s been great entertainment. Especially if you’re fan of Karin Slaughter or CSI books. You still have to have a strong stomach for some of the descriptions.I don’t know what the author went through Covid lockdown and maybe that’s why he’s softened his tone and he’s gone in a little different direction and some of the political ambitiousness has lessened in this book. Unless this narrator is reading the authors books I am not interested in book 13. This narrator really interprets the character very very well.
