This book is about some of the novel and refreshed methods of pedagogy in school classrooms and beyond. With the world being more globalized and prosperous than ever, manual-labor losing importance to automated machines and suitable education making the glass-ceiling and borders disappear, there had been perhaps no other time in human history where pedagogy in classrooms were more important. These methods are mainly directed for the middle schools and beyond, with a soft focus on some vocational training. Incorporating subject-wise differentiation, the book aims to decipher some common themes of pedagogical bumps, and how they can be corrected with the evolved tools in the current age of societal evolution. Additionally, some other essays of varied nature, some related to pedagogy, are included in this book. The author is thankful to his mentors, especially Dr. Mohan and countless others, to make this book a reality.
