This is a true accounting of a woman who is overcoming hardship while arriving at an understanding of herself, God and the world around her. Her descriptive phrases are the best I've ever read.

Her format is unusual. Her prose comes in numbered snippets. This makes it an easy read no matter how much time you have to devote in the moment.

I found that I had to read it twice. Once to enjoy the story and a second time to absorb her wisdom.
