A mystery that keeps you engaged. This story has a second-chance romance with relatable characters who take charge of their destinies. I found myself hooked, eagerly flipping through the pages to discover the twists and turns waiting around each corner. I found inspiration in the Christian elements.
The narrator did a splendid job!

Kept me guessing!

I really enjoyed this audiobook! It had plenty of danger, twists and turns and faith to keep me listening until I finished it!

TSTL

I had a hard time liking Jo. In the first book she was painted as capable and independent but in this book she is whining mess. There were many TSTL moments for both her and Cole but yet they lived on. I had many, many eye rolling moments. It also bugs me when there is a lot of talk faith but no faith in action. Need the plot and the happy ending and the narration

Good read

Overall, it was a good novel with suspense, mystery, and romance. I liked the first in this series better. At times, the characters were frustrating.
