Very hepful and inspiring!

This was super motivational and got my mindset on the right track for reducing debt! Having 8 years of student loan debt, a new house, and a car payment, all while living in an expensively fun city... where does one even begin?!?! Want to live thrifty while you get out from a mountain of student loans? Pay off your car? This doesn't mean don't take a vacation and stop enjoying your life. You certainly don't have to do things as extreme as the author did, but it gives simple tips from a real-world standpoint.

I really enjoyed how he gave specific details.

The author breaks it down from the very first day all the way up to closing your first deal and everything in between. It’s a great book for those who want to change their lives through real estate and managing their own finances.
