This book ranks right up there with the Ryan holiday collection. So many great takeaways that I will have to listen again just to take notes.
Thank you Marc for a great book I will be sharing this with everyone I know who is looking to become a better thinker. Thank you

You may know the stories but the questions and journaling are well worth listening to.

Loved it

book never really defines mental Fitness. just a bunch of sort of cliche tips and tricks like be mindful or do journaling, and vague stories and anecdotes about famous people, then near the end the author goes into all sorts of weirdo stuff about lunar astrology energy manipulation. skip this title.

unserious book

Can’t say I enjoyed this book. There is nothing Socratic about this book. If you are looking for any reference to Socrates, this is not that book. The author compiled his podcasts in a book. It reads more like several research papers than a book. I wonder what the thesis of this research is. This is just a compilation of other people’s stories that is just being regurgitated by reader.

The title belies the content
