Just the right amount of articulation!

Tremendous replay value, I feel I can always go back to this book. It really touches on a little bit of everything in just the right way, and is full of open minded thinking and suggestions for you to decide on your own as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing content

This was such a good audiobook to listen to. The steps he laid out were so easy to apply and I really loved his steps on meditation

Updated and Expanded on for the audio book

I came across this book by accident about a year ago because I was thinking of names for a wellness, mind, body, and spirit business that I've wanted to start for years now and when looking up different names for availability I came across this book.
I have listened to and read many self-help, mindset, growth, etc. books by the giants of the industry over the years but find it even more inspiring to find the ones written by others that have been influenced, coached, and/or mentored by them and how their influence and guidance helped their lives as a whole as well.
I now have it in hard and Kindle copy, have read this book a couple of times and now having the audio version, can honestly say I enjoyed hearing it in the writer's voice, own words, and also sharing an updated take on his book even more.
I would say you get a much deeper feel for his belief in what he's written.
