Nick Stevens loves the ocean and his beach house in sunny California, but due to a turbulent breakup, he needs to get as far away from his beloved home as possible. His company promised him a quiet neighborhood free of kids, dogs, and distractions.

When he sees Hailey and her crew, he realizes all that is out the window. But the more he’s around Hailey, her adorable daughter, and her zany dog, he finds his neighbors less and less annoying and more endearing. Leaving him to wonder if, indeed, he would trade his ocean for something even more beautiful.
