Willa’s marriage is another casualty to add to her long list of recent failures. Broken and jaded, she takes a timeout from her life, escaping to a hotel where she finds herself bonding with a stranger who is running away from his own heartbreak.

The mutual attraction is tempting, but neither is interested in a rebound, and starting a relationship is out of the question. Their one rule is honesty. So, with nothing left to lose, and the pink moscato flowing, the strangers share brutal, ugly truths that force them to reflect on their past demons and current fears.

Together they find laughter in pain and beauty in brokenness, but neither knows what to make of the feelings building between them. In a different time under different circumstances, falling for one another would make perfect sense, but with so much working against them, is it possible to find happily ever after?
