Very informative book. The first third was very interesting and help as an uninjured lay person. The last two thirds are geared more towards those who are medical professionals or those needing care.

Exceptional

As an aging athlete, this has been the best book I have found explaining what is going on in my aging joints and the care that is available. Often we can be so uninformed. Bravo Dr. Stone! Thank you for explaining in a way anyone can understand. I have had multiple knee surgeries, not one of my surgeons has been this clear.
