About the Author - Dr. Jamie Carroll Cutler

I was a Nashville Songwriters International Southern Coordinator for 27 years. I've sung in 34 countries and my songs have been world wide. I did 8 European Tours with Western Heart singing with up and comers. I should at least include in the bio that I've won numerous poetry awards from the International Poetry Organization, Noble House, Tracker, Cashbox, Air Play International, & now an author on Amazon, Kindle, Apple Books, Barnes & Noble. I have received 21 Indie Artist song awards and twelve albums out on Spotify, iTunes, YouTube, Apple Music, CDBaby, TikTok and others.

I'm autistic. I have Aspergers syndrome… that's what makes it almost an Impossible Dream, that I could or would be able to overcome the ADHD that comes with Autism. My mind is moving quickly though my actions don't always trigger until later. And yet in spite of this I've had the incredible good fortune to make my dreams reality & keep going for more.

I meditate daily, and I have since I was twelve. I met the Mahjarishi with Andy Kaufman in the early seventies in New York City at Comedy Clubs, Improv Club, Catch A Rising Star, Bottom Line, The Bitter End, Jillys Jazz Joint, The Duplex, and The Bluebird, to name a few. I have also had the great privilege of having Daisaku Ikeda as my Mentor in SGI (Soka Gakkai International) for the past 57 years teaching us how to raise our frequency and overcome problems through meditation. I went to Penn State for my undergraduate degree in Music and Poetry. Then I went to New York to perform and study dramatic arts which led me to NYU and the University of London to study Theatre. I received my doctorate from the University of London in 2000. I taught acting and dramatic arts at the University of Miami in Miami, Florida, for ten years.
