Sympathetic protagonist, great historical detail

Very entertaining murder mystery with a unique young female protagonist, the very capable Vita Carew. The author’s attention to historical details and observations about the pre Great war period are laudable, as is the plot and pace, and unexpected denouement. Can’t wait to listen to the rest of the series!
