I'm disappointed.

I love this author but I just didn't connect with this story. The MC runs a dog adoption and foster program. As an avid animal lover, I was more concerned with the dogs than the story. I hate giving this book 2 stars but based on the Audible rating system, 2 stars = it's okay. I'm sure it's a great story. It just wasn't for me.
