Beautiful little book. It is perfect for your evening walk, and gives a dose of inspiration for everyday. Love how neat and tidy the short chapters are - there is no filler here. Each chapter has a relevant, different concept, and her advice for each concept is spot-on. Even though it's tempting to listen to multiple chapters a day because they are concise, I think it is best to limit it - not only will you savor the book more, but also, it allows for a deeper reflection on each concept.

There is no religious overtone in this book, but all the same I consider it to be spiritual food.
