Whew! When I tell you this book could not have come at a better time. Here I am, 33yo, 4 engineering degrees, 1 Ph.D., no husband, no children and just got terminated from my academic position because of Trump’s executive orders. This book came at a pivotal point because I had started doing all of the things mentioned in this book - blaming myself, feeling unworthy, feeling disposable. However, the insightful and encouraging ritual in this book (along with the guidance) was extremely helpful in me processing my genuine feelings and discovering a path forward by giving myself the time to go through it. Thank you so much for this book!

The DEMAND to accept & CELEBRATE SELF

Absolutely FABULOUS book to read. It makes you deepen your perspectives mainly around the expectations of your life based on mere “just because/well society says so” & highlights how we subconsciously played a significant role in our own dismantling, yet provides access on HOW we correct that thing. This book was more of a confirmation that I’m tapped in baby with more depth of understanding. BRAVO!
