An excellent book on Biblical prosperity

I found this to be an excellent book on Biblical prosperity. Scripture is referenced throughout, and the extremes that critics of Biblical prosperity have issues with are also addressed (yes, some people have used the Bible out of context to "justify" unBiblical attitudes towards and ways of handling money). I plan to go through this book multiple more times.
