This handbook goes over 15 different emotions and how to recognize them in ourselves and others. It emphasizes the need to recognize and be aware of these emotions since not doing so can have negative emotional and physical repercussions. I do have to disagree somewhat on the representation of shame since many of the characteristics presented as signs that someone is experiencing shame are also characteristics of one who is simply shy or introverted; so just because someone displays certain behaviors doesn't necessarily mean they are experiencing shame. This handbook could be useful for people who are trying to clearly define emotions they or others are experiencing.
