Good intro

Good intro for those looking to learn about analytics. For those more in the know, decent abet light read. Would not use as a basis for any analysis on my own but does offer enough to make sure you understand the experts a little better.

Good high level overview

A good high level overview. This is a quick intro on Predictive Analytics. This does not go deep in any area. A good staring point for someone not familiar with the process.

Good Writing Style

In a humorous and conversant style, the author provides a comprehensive introduction to the science and application of predictive analytics, essentially the commercial use of machine learning.

Very Straightforward

Written in a straightforward style. Example driven text makes it ideal for later reference. Coverage feels objective and fact based, rather than conjecture based. Buy if your even remotely connected to data analysis.

Things I already knew

I wish this book dove deeper in data and actual analysis formula. Maybe I expected too much out of this book.
