Excellent guide to Army leadership principles, values, and philosophy

1SG Dejesus spells out the recipe for success as an NCO while seamlessly weaving resilience training skills and competencies with leadership doctrine and Army values.
This book is a necessary read for young (new) Sergeants and Staff Sergeants, and Specialists looking to attain the rank of Sergeant who want to have a clear path of what right looks like.

Quick Understanding of Professionalism

This book is a great outline of professionalism and standards that lead to professionalism. It is geared mostly for those in the military but adaptable to any profession. Because it is geared with the military in mind, clarity of terms for non-military would enhance the books value.

Just as the title described

Delivered in a simple way with decent nuggets of information. Can't complain much about the way it was written as it was as described. I can't say it was outstanding but it gets the job done. Reading was a bit dry but it's still a good listen.
