I really loved this book but it has issues

I love Anthony being trans but it feels a little forced in this book it kinda comes out of nowhere which is fine.

But there should have been more buildup to him slowly finding his identity but I feel it’s kinda unrealistic that his parents won’t say or like talk to him about what happened.


I love Omar and the other characters Ricky and Deigo amazing I love it it’s great I love it the relationship.

A+ in my book

Great! Series

Another great story from the Pride High universe! Bell always does a fantastic job world building and creating relatable characters. Those familiar with Bell's other series (Something Like) already know how great his writing is. Also Talia Carver is a great narrator!

CAN’T WAIT FOR THE NEXT IN LINE!!

my opinion hasn’t changed from my first review in the series. Fantastic character arcs for all characters. I’m here for it all, caught hook, line, and sinker. There’s a bunch of threads I’m itching to see where it goes.

Another great angsty volume

Jay Bell can do no wrong. You always care deeply for the characters, and their motivations are always really believable. Talia Carver does a fantastic job of the voices and emotion of the story as well. Some difficult themes arising and the relationships are getting more complicated. Looking forward to the next chapter in the story.
