Very informative. This is the stuff that should be taught in school, along with World History and World Geography.

Global overview

Tim Marshall does an excellent job capturing how complex geopolitical, resource, and cultural issues are tied to geography. The book is succinct and does not delve deeply into any one issue but fluidly covers most major global issues while staying true to the theme.

Fascinating View of the World Via Geography

Very worthwhile listen in order to better understand how and why countries interact with one another. The information applies to contemporary times as well as past.

DO NOT MISS THIS BOOK

What an amazing book. I love history and this book throws a whole different light on historical events, so logical. You don’t need a map to visualize the world if you know your geography and there are always atlases available, on line or in libraries. So glad I found this book. The narrator was very good.
