Straightforward helpful information

The book is kinda short, but it is still helpful because the author gets directly to the point. He doesn't overcomplicate the matter like many of the gurus out there will do. It's no smoke and mirrors, no ploy to upsell you to the next level, just straightforward practical content.

Good Basic Introduction to Probate

This is a great place to start for anyone interested in Probate Real Estate. The author does a good job sharing the advantages and basics of the process. Definitely not going to be a turn-key review, but should help the new investor decide if this niche is worth additional study.
