Helpful but very focused on selling his services.

The book had some very helpful insights and tips which made it worth the read. It’s worth noting that the author makes mention throughout the book about his consultancy business and tries to sell services through the book.

After a few short intro sections it dives write in and gets to the point, which is exactly why and how to build my business into a process based business that can eventually run without me. The details I’ve been missing!
