A DECENT RUNDOWN OF DESIGN

Tristan did a good job of walking through design theory in broad strokes, which he admits himself several times throughout that every kitchen will be unique. The virtual voice is the biggest loss in this title, not surprisingly. For anyone looking for a short introduction in to kitchen design that does not have experience in the industry, this is a decent start. But as Tristan says several times bring a professional on from the start, preferably the one that will be working with you if possible. Every chef will set up a little differently.
