I was reluctant to listen to this version because often times anything labeled minority gives a short of victim mentality that diminishes the message, and I cringe everytime an author makes it a point to overemphasize social and political injustices to draw an emotional response which can be distracting for me. the author made her bias points clear and concise but offered sooo much practical advice and resources. kudos to the editor and author for delivering quality work. I bought this initially for my wife but now I'm hooked!!!! definitely a recommended read for business owners and entrepreneurs
