A Quick police drama

Cop Rick Simmons has a protection job at a recording studio. He gets roped into some modelling and meets a shy young woman who is in an abusive marriage. Rick takes it as his duty to protect Jennifer and things, well you know you need to listen to find out how it turns out.
The narration was good, it was the first book I have listened to by this narrator.
I really enjoy the author's stories, Lacy pens a romantic and suspenseful story.

We all could use a Rick!

Jennifer Horowitz, is an aspiring model married to a controlling, abusive, and very jealous media mogul. Rick Simmons, hired as security for an ad campaign featuring Jennifer, is in the right place at the right time to come to her aid, but will his act of chivalry lead to something more? Protector for Hire is a smoking hot, headphones required, adults only story that will warm you up, hold your interest and make your evening! I loved it!

Terrible narrator

Skip this audio by any means necessary. Robotic, monotone, bland narration. I don't even remember the story. Based on the summary, I would have read this but this was torture to listen to. I'll be avoiding this narrator for the rest of my life.

The voice was horrible, boring and the story was ridiculous. Sounded like porn gone bad.
