"Protectors" A Warrior's Requiem (Chronicles of Protectors) by Emilie Ocean narrated by Ruan Willow and Prentice Elliot is a Adventure Fantasy, Science Fiction.... erotica. Recommend audience 18+. Adventure, Espionage, Fantasy, Science Fiction, Time Travel, and Erotica. Ruan Willow and Prentice Elliot do an excellent job at narrating the story as it is written, adding everything they can by the inflection in their voices throughout the story.

In the story you have two storyline you are following, one of the Protectors (Captain & Team) and one of a young Cuban-Canadian woman, May, in 1936 as she prepares for a Christmas concert with the Philharmonic Symphony Society of New York.

I loved May's character the most because she was the most relatable and thoughtful. I personally did not care for the story & the sexual content in the story line felt very forced, like it was there just to be there. Not a natural progression for the story, nor added to the story in any way. And the story ends very abruptly....

storyline ends very abruptly but Narration A+

I love this book so much that I have the paperback and when I heard it got an audio version, I ran here to listen. Wow, these narrators! Prentice Elliot has such a good voice, and the emotions pouring out of Ruan Willow's narration made the story come to life before my eyes. They both presented the steamy, touching, and action scenes with such passion. Amazing! I hope the next book in the series gets an audio version as well, fingers crossed!

Gripping story read by excellent narrators
