Cassie would spend every moment in a nursing home if possible, because the elderly are quieter than the young, and her psychic abilities make the rest of the world a loud, loud place.

The other thing that dulls her psychic abilities is alcohol, so she parties hard and makes the occasional mistake.

But when she meets Evan, her world is shaken. She thought she had everything figured out, even the newest surprise her risky decisions had brought into her life, but now she has to question everything, including her place in the world and what she really wants to do with her abilities.

Short and Simple..

This is a short story about Cassie , a psychic, who tries to dull her abilities with alcohol.

Her coping mechanism has gotten her into of trouble one too many times.

Due to the error of her ways, she is forced to join a psychic group which finally helps her to stay out of trouble.

She also meets Evan and her life changes. Overall, the storyline was ok.


D Rampling did well with the narration.

short fast good story

this is a story about a physic. she has a great gift, and I enjoyed hearing her use it. She does wind up getting involved with the wrong crowd of people, but lucky there is one person she can trust. This book is fast paced and worth the listen.

Loved the female voices... Hated the male voices. Good story though.

Audiobook was Okay, Not a total loss

I received this audiobook free for an honest review. I thought this book was okay. It kind of jumped all over the place. I didn't think it was well put together. It did have an interesting story, once you weeded through all the rif raf. I would probably get other Olivia Myers books just to see if they are better. Narrator didn't do a very good job of distinguishing the characters' voices. I believe this would be a good Young Adult book.
