WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO PERCEIVE HUMANITY?

Junior high schooler Marii Yukari sees all humans, aside from herself, as robots through her vivid, purple eyes. Yet even with such a strange perspective on the world, her classmates treat her like an unassuming, strange girl, including Manabu "Gaku" Hatou, her sole friend. Yet strange things start occurring around Yukari, and when she is recruited into an underground organization due to her unique talents, Manabu finds herself tangled up in a realm of dangerous experiments and quantum physics unlike anything she could have ever imagined! Yet is her friendship with Marii enough to save them both from whatever awaits them in the scientific underbelly of the world?

This started out really cool but somewhere along the way it branched off into the weeds. I understand what the author was going for but I'm not sure they pulled it off. Still, all the same, this was certainly an imaginative book so any points it lost in execution it made up in style. If you are a science nerd or at least someone who is a fan of quantum theory, multiple worlds, etc. then I suggest giving this a go.

Odd but Good

For one of the free audiobooks on Audible for members, this one is really well done. It's not read by a Robot (Pun Intended, lol) and I read by a person. She has a nice quirky energetic voice which made this story very delightful. As for the story it goes into major Scientific Theories with long repeated explanations, but that makes it easier for the listener to understand. In the Light Novel text form, it may have been easier than understand in some parts. Like when she talks to herself (Not Spoiling) it gets kinda hard to understand whom the she is talking to whom is the other her... Confusing sometimes in those parts, but overall this is a tale that makes you question reality on a quantum level. In a good way. 😅👍

Not a review from a Robot (Yes that joke fits here.)

I read most of the manga then decided to try reading the LN— read some and am currently listening to this narration. It’s very good and I enjoy the performances a lot. She gets tone over very well

I 100% recommend this story to anybody who thinks it might be interesting
