The practical, clear, science-backed method that transforms your biology in just four weeks.

Do you wake up tired, sleep poorly, and feel the clock racing faster than your heartbeat? That wear and tear isn’t “normal”—it’s cortisol out of control. In this 28-day plan, Dr. Alex Vega, physician and neuroendocrinology researcher, guides you step by step to reset your hormonal system with natural light, anti-inflammatory nutrition, micro-pauses, and conscious breathing.

In four weeks you will learn to:

• Silence chronic stress and sleep deeply in seven days.
• Reduce abdominal inflammation and clear brain fog.
• Design protein-packed breakfasts, gentle fasts, and recipes under 450 calories.
• Reprogram your internal clock with three-minute habits.
• Apply daily Micro-Resets and share your progress with #ResetCortisol.

Each chapter blends straightforward science, real testimonies, and ready-to-use practices. At the end you’ll find brief quotes to inspire and motivate.

The virtual voices reader is terrible. The whole book is read like a poem. It had great info but I can't listen to it because the word patterns are terrible. I chose this book because it was free (included in my membership) but is rather pay for a book I can process.

So hard to listen to.
