I was hoping with this short book, I would be taking notes like crazy to make sure I did not miss any hints. But most of the hints are repeated over and over - bring a leash for your dog and a first aid kit - so I am not likely to forget them. I like the emphasis on making ecologically sound choices on what you travel with (avoid single use plastic kitchen items) and how you travel (drive conservatively), but there is not much of the “step by step” instructions promised.

Mostly, I have subjects I need to research further, such as what I should stock in my emergency kit. That is really all I could reasonable expect from a two hour book.
