Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) is a staple in our organization. However, staff just didn't understand how to execute or measure their goals. This audio book explains it well. Tells you exactly what to do.

Excellent treatment of OKRs

In about 3 1/2 hours, this book presents the key elements of OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). Not everyone is a fan of the "business novel" concept (such as Eliyahu Goldratt's The Goal), but I enjoy that style from time to time. This book actually is two short books in one ... an engaging business fable and an excellent, concise presentation of the use of OKRs. If you're not a fan of business novels, the second half of the book is well worth the purchase price.
