I preferred this one to book 1
Storyline was more streamline and just worked better.

I love me a female alpha and I like that one of the mmcs from book one gets his own mate in this book.

I can't believe what a sniveling selfish coward Carlos was-me, me, me to the end. I really hoped a triad would form between the three after the mad chemistry they had in bed!!! Sorry to see the hands healing and she'll be back to wreak more evil. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a good job.
