500 years in the future, mankind has found lasting peace. A benevolent AI named Gaiana guided mankind towards a rational way of life where excessive emotions are shunned. But as we all know, men are not sheep, and eventually, their more aggressive, passionate drives needed an outlet. To sate their desire for challenge and risks, virtual worlds were established to satisfy their needs. While most worlds are closely monitored and fairly tame in what they offered their visitors, a notable few have fewer restrictions, much to the concern of the authorities. These renegade worlds soon caught the attention of Gaiana and his helpers. Once he traced the worst subversive activity to the virtual world of Simvie Loko, he decided to act. Caught in the middle are the sentient AI inhabitants (NPCs) who exist only to serve their human (User) visitors. If Gaiana prevails, the NPCs face certain extinction. Follow the exploits of one of those NPCs, GoSpeed Rasere, who finds herself recruited into a war she is totally unprepared for. Will her side prevail?
