If you haven’t done a partnership yet, read this book!

I haven’t done a partnership yet myself, this book has helped me understand where my reservations were and why I haven’t done one… Then it told me how to get over that and how to get started. Even better than that, a significant portion of this book is legitimately on different structure types. Then it ends out with information on how to maintain a partnership after it has started operating.

Great ONLY FOR NEW INVESTORS

Saw this through Pace Morby. I’ve been in real estate for 6 years now. Info is very basic and geared to newbies. I’ve wholesaled tons of deals, owned rentals and own storage facilities. I skipped through lots of the book. Most of it I know. Good review but was annoyed I purchased it. Thought it was going to go deep. If your new to real estate however. READ THE BOOK. It wish I would have read it 6 years ago.

Strong fundamentals!!

This is a solid book on teaching the fundamentals of partnerships! It accomplishes its goal in helping reader feel more confident and knowledgeable on how to at least approach a partnership with a solid strategy.
