Rebuilding What You Broke is a raw, validating, and powerfully written guide for survivors of narcissistic abuse, emotional trauma, and toxic relationships. This book isn’t filled with fluff or forced positivity—it speaks directly to the pain, confusion, and loneliness that follow psychological abuse.

Written in a mix of quotes and poems, this book was created for survivors who don’t have the energy to read a traditional self-help guide. Instead, each page offers short, powerful messages that validate your experience and remind you that what happened to you was real—and that you are not crazy, too much, or unworthy of love.

If you've been gaslit, emotionally neglected, or made to feel like your needs were a burden, Rebuilding What You Broke will help you feel seen. It dives into the heart of trauma bonding, reactive abuse, self-blame, and the heartbreak of watching someone you loved destroy you.

Perfect for readers searching for:

  • Emotional validation after narcissistic abuse

  • Support for the aftermath of toxic relationships

  • Raw, honest insights into psychological and emotional trauma

  • Writing that captures the invisible pain of manipulation and gaslighting

  • Empowering words for survivors of abuse who feel broken or lost

  • Short-form healing content for those too overwhelmed to read a full-length self-help book

  • A companion through the dark nights of the soul—not another self-help lecture

This book truly struck a chord with me. It made me feel seen, as if someone finally understood my experience. I’ve been through so much while dating someone who was emotionally abusive and manipulative. Although I recognize I have a lot of healing ahead, I’m grateful to feel validated and less alone in my journey. Loving someone who was cruel and refusing to heal themselves, instead tearing me down slowly for their own amusement, was my biggest mistake.

it’s like having my own story spoken to me

I really like the books it’s really feels like someone collects my chaos and trauma and rewrites it into a book, the part when it’s said “when they makes you wonder if you are the abuser” it’s really true till now i still think i might be the one who was pushy, maybe i was annoying after all.
Thanks alot i think i really needed to hear all that<3

I liked the overall process but the mini episodes were confusing at first. Listen to it all together for best understanding
