There is quite a bit of information to digest in this book and the beautiful layout helps to break down the concepts into accessible parts. The book provides an excellent overview of how Reiki works, the principles of Reiki, and how Reiki can help. It includes numerous illustrations to show the basic hand positions of self-healing for the eyes, shoulders, heart, and more. Nearly half of the book is devoted to healing 100+ ailments with Reiki--from physical healing to mental, emotional, and spiritual healing.
